Hi, I’m Beth!
I am a coach, storyteller, and community-builder with a heart for helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered- especially in their most tender, transformative seasons.
My own path has been full of pivots: walking through divorce, career shifts, single motherhood, coming out as a later-in-life lesbian, and the quiet unraveling of who I thought I was. Choosing to start over—on my own terms—taught me just how much courage it takes to rewrite your life from the inside out.
As a queer woman, mother, and lifelong seeker, I know what it feels like to sit in the messy middle- uncertain, stretched, but also full of possibility. I bring emotional insight, lightheartedness, and reflected wisdom into my coaching, creating a space where you can be both vulnerable and brave.
At my core, I believe transformation doesn’t happen in isolation- it happens in community. That’s why my work is rooted in connection, accountability, and building the kind of “village” we all need: a place where honesty is welcomed, growth is celebrated, and no one has to walk their path alone.
Beyond coaching, I’m also the co-founder of Lifeline Audio and co-host of the Tell Me Everything Podcast, a project born out of late-night conversations, belly laughs, and the deep belief that none of us are meant to do life alone. Whether behind the mic or in a one-on-one session, my work is about creating connection, sparking honest dialogue, and reminding women that their stories matter.
My mission is to help women come home to themselves, create lives that feel deeply aligned, and bloom into who they were always meant to be.
I’m a sourdough enthusiast, voice note queen, and a devoted lover of Diet Coke. I live in southern Arizona with my partner, child, and a house full of pets.
